A specialist crewing partner — built by maritime professionals, run for people.
Vedavid Crew Management is a specialist maritime manpower company. We bring shipowners and managers disciplined, fully documented seafarers — and we stand behind those seafarers through every contract and every port.
One team owns the whole crewing cycle: sourcing, screening, documentation, joining and welfare — coordinated by an operations desk that answers day or night, and held to MLC 2006 and STCW at every step.
To put the right crew on the right vessel every time, while building careers that keep seafarers sailing with us for the long term.
To be the crewing partner owners trust first — known for reliable people, clean compliance and genuine care for every seafarer we place.
